For the record...we belong to Petaling District... so...if going out for events...and you see the commissioners, please, dont tell them "we are from 9th Petaling jaya scout troop..." Its 9th Petaling. =P or else you will be screwed...very screwed
For those who have the initiative to bark up in their Usaha, Maju and Jaya badge progress, here is another good opportunity. The seniors and Scouter Council have decided to organize another Usaha Course for our troop members. The details are as following:

·Asas Pembarisan
·Isyarat-isyarat tangan Pengakap
Time:8.00am – 4.00pm
Dress code: Full uniform
COMPULSORY for those who haven’t passed their kawad tongkat. You will get to learn, practice and assessed on the same day.

·Memasak makanan rimba (backwood’s)

Those who want to attend the course on Sunday must register with me latest by 17 February 2010. Please form your own patrol and submit your name in patrol (5 to 6 members). You may choose your own patrol members. Matches and Raw food will be provided.

This camp is a very good experince to know more scouts from other schools
Dusun Eco is a very very nice place to go...
It's filled with lots of fun activities that is not usually offered by other campsites.
Flying Fox This activity allows the participant to emulate the feeling of flying through the air with the cool wind in your face.People in KL pay good money for this...and the only get city view...now, you get to see the forest...instead of the stinking old city =D
Vietnam Bridge A fun and exciting game. Which requires participants need to balance their way across this bridge.
Super ci gek!
Rock Climbing Test your skill, try your ability and know your limit. This new challenging activity requires a lot of strength, stamina and agility.Also, a good time to show off what you had learnt from the rock climbing courses eh?hehehe....=P
Abseiling / Repelling Experience how mountaineers climb down cliffs! What better way to go down? =O
Swimming Pool Groups can organize an afternoon in the pool, just to escape the afternoon heat, or to play a variety of water sports and pool activities. Having fun in the cool natural water.ZOMG...a swimming pool filled with natural water leh...
Jungle Trekking Our jungle trekking / forest walk trails talk about 3 hours to complete. Our participants will be able to experience nature at its heart, with waterfalls, brooks and all the lush flora and fauna that Malaysian tropical rain forests can offer.3hr trail...thats..LONG...wow...how often you get a 3 hr track?
Bamboo Rafting
Make a raft frm bamboo..and take a ride on it in the river...
